Made solely from dried herbs and seeds, these herbal face scrubs truly are all you need to cleanse and exfoliate your face.  Soap and water is known to strip your face of its protective oils and can be drying for some.  It is possible to use these gentle scrubs instead of soap and water (or you can even just use a wet facecloth for cleansing).  I stopped washing my face about a year ago and my skin has never felt so good!!

Choose from three different blends of herbs and seeds, each with enough for 10-20 scrubs.

  • Refreshing - made with mint and sunflower seeds, this stimulating scent is a perfect pick me up!  Mint is astringent, toning and will help improve circulation, leaving your skin glowing.  Sunflower seeds will not only assist with exfoliation, but are also emollient and here to help with moisture retention and redness reduction.  Good for all skin types, including acne-prone or dry.

  • Nourishing - a hug for your face made with roses, rosehips and mugwort :)) Long used in luxury skin care, rose is toning and astringent.  It can help reduce redness and soothe inflammed skin.  Rosehips are loaded with Vitamin C for anti-aging, reducing wrinkles and repairing sun damage.  Mugwort is hydrating, cleansing and can help increase circulation.  Good for all skin types, including mature, dry or acne-prone.

  • Soothing - made with sage, calendula, common marigold, and pepitas, this scub is a summer garden for your face!  Sage is cleansing and astringent, stimulating cell renewal, helping increase blood circulation, and fighting sun damage.  Calendula and common marigold help promote the growth of new tissue, boost collagen production, and hydrate.  Pepitas are loaded with Vitamin E, zinc and are moisturizing.  Good for all skin types, including acne-prone or dry.

Pour out 1-2 teaspoons of the scrub - either into a little bowl or into your palm - add about 1 teaspoon of liquid and mix.  Apply the mixture to your face and gently rub in circles.  Rinse clean with water.

Instead of using water as a the liquid, you can use a hydrosol (a water steam infused with the plant properities) to amp up the healing properties a bit.  You could also try a bit of infused oil (great for any skin type, but especially dry) or infused witch hazel, apple cider vinegar, or a tincture (these will act as an astringent and are especially good for oily or acne prone skin - but also work on all skin types).

This scrub can also be transformed into a mask with the addition of bentonite clay, known for its deep drawing and detoxing properties.  Add clay and liquid of your choice to the scrub and apply to face, neck and decollatage.  Leave on for 5-20 minutes and rinse clean with water.

Add-ons for each scrub are available and can be selected below.  Please reach out with any questions!!  There are a lot of options that will work great and you should feel free to choose what calls to you, but I'm here if it's a bit too overwhelming.
